| | Just finished reading The Messiah last week. I really enjoyed it :) maybe it's because I haven't read fiction in quite a while now, and there's something about fiction that expands my imagination, and makes me dream again. This book made me ache and hunger for His presence, and it was the first time the concepts "obedience" and "love" fully merged together as one for me. Jesus obeyed His Father completely not because He had to, but because He loved His Father so much, any other choice was not worth it to Him. He obeyed fully because He loved fully. |
